Bama is hanging in there. We need to be in the top 8 to advance to match play. We have a 10 shot lead on 8th place going into the day. We are currently in 5th place 7 shots behind the leader. We have not played our best golf yet.
Because it finished well Wednesday, the Alabama men's golf team does not appear to be finished at the NCAA Championships in Stillwater, Okla.
To advance to match play competition, the third-ranked Crimson Tide must finish among the top eight teams at the end of 54 holes of stroke play, and it will go into today's final round of stroke play in fifth place.
