Former Foley High School standout Robert Lester could only watch as the Carolina Panthers lost their first two games of the NFL season. As a member of the Panthers' practice squad, the undrafted free agent from Alabama wasn't eligible to play. That changed last week when injuries in the secondary caused Carolina not only to add Lester to the active roster, but to put him in the starting lineup at strong safety.
