Buncha Facebook nuts driving the gas problems.   Guess what, if you jump demand 35% on any given day, there are going to be issues.

We are actually in Biloxi throwing our money away. Luckily, I had a full tank. No gas to be had anywhere until we got to Biloxi. I gave plenty to get back to P'cola. Heading back to SC on Monday might be a different matter.

No gas shortages on Kauai.  At least not yet.  It does cost $3.85 to $4.15 per gallon though but that is normal for out here...

Good Friday morning! I'm back from Biloxi. Luckily, I had a full tank of gas going there because there was none to be found until we got to Biloxi. Drove there in a driving rain storm nearly all the way. We should have taken that as an omen and turned around. The casino was not kind to us. When we returned yesterday, everybody had gas. I guess paying those hackers 5 mil did the trick. I hope they catch those pricks and hang them by their toenails.

The ladies are in the SEC softball tourney semifinals after beating Ky last night 5-1. They play 10RC right after the UF-Mizzou game at 4:00 today. The winners of those 2 games play for the SEC Championship tomorrow at 6:00.

Speaking of softball, I'm going to watch my niece in the high school playoffs this morning.   Not sure fired up a bunch of 16 and 17yos are going to be at 9am in the morning, but we shall see.

FYI, the first game is at 3:00 CT. We play UT 35 minutes after that game is completed. It should be no sooner than 5:30, most likely about 6:00CT.

Their team did win their area, but lost 3-2 in the first round of the regionals to Fyffe.  They didn't play a great game, but Fyffe's pitcher was a little better.  They are winning their second game 3-0 (it's a double elimination touranment), and my niece is 3-3 with 2 RBI in this one  .
