His two boys are a lot of fun. The oldest is a senior at Auburn. The youngest will be a freshman at Auburn next year. They are 100% Auburn so there is always that friction.

We get together most Thanksgivings but the visitor always leaves Saturday morning to go home to watch the game. My Sister-in-law text my wife in the 3rd quarter and called the game a "snoozefest". She is the good sport in their family. She said my brother-in-law had quit watching and went to the drug store. Nephew #1 was online shopping for Christmas and Nephew #2 had gone to a friend's house to watch the UGA game that was coming on later.

I also got maximum enjoyment on Friday watching the barn basketball game with them against #1 Gonzaga. Gonzaga beat the tar out of them 90-67 and the score was closer than the game.

My family is all Alabama save the one outlier.   My sister and I are both alumni of The University, and my brother holds season tickets for football.  However, the eldest of our bunch married an Auburn alumnus, and they've had one son graduate from Auburn and another in his 3rd year there.   My BIL is a sensible guy, and we both respect each other as graduates from our schools.   With that said, we still avoid Thanksgiving celebrations on Iron Bowl Saturdays.
