2 is driving home, and they just drove into a tornado warning north of Atlanta.

 Pray Pray
Hopefully they are safe.  You might want to tell him that texting and driving is bad enough but when you throw in a tornado warning on top of it then it is even more dangerous...

 Pray

We were actually at a dead stop on I-85, north of Atlanta when we got the tornado warning. There was a wreck and we were stopped for about 30 minutes.

The drive home was horrible. When we hit the Ala-Ga line, we hit torrential rainfall. It lasted all the way through Atlanta. I earned my excellent driving kudos today. The tornado warning capped it all off. I was never so glad to get home in all my life.

We had a great time yesterday for the A Day game. It was great to catch up with Chech, RE, Jamos and NALT and the families.

The game showcased some great talent. We already know how good Tua, Jeudy, Waddle and the other upperclassmen are. I was also impressed by Taulia, Metch, and some of the other incoming freshman. I'm sure that Taulia was ecstatic to receive the up close and personal coaching wisdom from Saban after his interception.

The way I see it, Taulia got to eat steak for dinner last night while Big Brother had beans.  That probably made up for the "personal coaching wisdom" he got...

Good morning.

Yes, the A-Day Game was a goodie.  In addition to those mentioned, I was impresed with #20 Cameron Latu (redshirt freshman).  He was a 2018 DE recruit, but played Saturday at TE.  He played well.  He may be another Jacobs-like surprise!

Glad 2 made it home safely.  It was quite a weekend, topped off by Tiger's comeback.  Woot.

Prayers for the afflicted in Hamilton, Ms.  Pray

TWC currently showing pics of the area. Amazing there was only one fatality.

Good call on Latu, Chech. He did indeed, have a nice game.

I haven't seen pics of Hamilton yet, but (as I told 2 on Sunday) the fire chief reported "numerous fatalities" there when interviewed Saturday night.  Must have been really bad; enough that he thought it was worse than it turned out.

 Sad

TWC is still stating one fatality. Like I said, it's hard to believe there weren't more.

I saw that on the news last night.  No word on the campus there.
BTW, in the video above starting at 5:00 you see total destruction of the mobile homes.  No wonder the chief expected numerous fatalities!

You need to come to these, HL. We're much uglier in real life than we are on the forums.

Good morning folks.  Beautiful here but still a bit cool from the cold front that moved through yesterday morning.  I hope you all have a great day...
