I can't believe I got up at 1 in the morning and ate ambrosia, sweet potato casserole and caramel cake

I'm saving the leftover ambrosia for breakfast this morning.
At 1AM I was in a boat fishing.   

 

I had scrambled eggs and turkey sausage with salsa verde.  What was I thinking? 

Except...I'm not sure what ambrosia is exactly. 

Here you go, HL. Ambrosia is basically a big ole, high calorie, sugar-filled, fruit salad. MY mother made the best I ever had.

Good afternoon folks.  Bet y'all can't guess what I spent most of the morning doing... MOWING!    True story.  The older couple that I mow for asked me to come up and chop their leaves for them.  It took about a third longer than normal this time because the right side spindle on my mower deck is shot.  The blade was only spinning part-time and when it was it never did get to full speed so I would have to overlap to compensate for that...

IRON BOWL

Big day today.  We get to enjoy a fun game against the Boogs.  But we have multiple early games first.  And snow is expected here in Virginia early today.  Yikes!!

I stayed up last night watching the snow-festival game between Wash and Wash State.  Wash won 28-15, eliminating WSU from any hope of the playoffs.  The snow buried the field by halftime.  Fun to watch.



Okla erased WV 59-56 in a no-defense game last night too.  It got boring.  Any time a team didn't score on a drive meant the other team took the lead.  Kyler Murray is a talent, but all of his receivers are wide open.

Time for coffee.
