Safe travels, NALT. Glad everyone is ok. Everyone is fine in P'cola too. The rain is heading this way, but nothing severe expected here in SC.

I spent 5 hours in the dentist chair today.   I've got 2 more visits, then I'm done. Holy moly!!!  

Is the guy working from a book?
He DID go to dental school, right?

I went to get 2 temp crowns replaced by the permanent ones. The next work was to be on a broken tooth. But the other day, an old crown that was right next to that tooth came out while I was eating pasta salad.

He had a dentist in today that could do the work, plus I got a bundling discount for getting them done at the same time. The broken tooth took the longest. Picture Doc Holiday with a foot-hold on his patient's chin, while trying to extract a tooth with a pair of pliers.

Raining here this morning. Another trip to VA Hospital today for the look see at my cancer again. Also got another urology appt. and these things are always 2 hours behind so I may just walk out. Safe travels for NALT and you all have a Blessed Friday. RTR!

Good morning folks.  We just landed at the Roanoke, VA airport and I'm sitting here waiting on Mrs. Nalt and the two boys to pick me up.  Spoke with them and they are about 2 hours out yet.  That should give me time to charge my cellophone while I catch up on what's happening.  Sorry about all the time spend in the dentist chair yesterday 2. I hope you aren't in much pain today.  Best of luck with your doctor appointment Preacher.  Hope you sell all of your knives too Chech.

The flights from Lihue to LAX and from LAX to Washinton Dulles were horrible.  Lots of turbulence.  On the first leg I was next to the window and a nice couple from Los Angeles were seated with me.  During some of the turbulence I looked over and she was clinging to her husband's hand and arm with a death-grip and tears were streaming from her eyes.  She was also staring out the window and the beautiful, fluffy clouds while her husband was sitting there watching a Jack Black movie.  I really felt badly for her so I tried to talk with her to get her mind off the bumpy ride.  I think it helped some...  Anyways, I am really happy to be on the ground for a while...

About 35 years ago when we lived in So Fl, I had to go to New Jersey for a meeting. Coming back, I flew out of JFK, heading to Miami. Roughest flight I've ever been on. There was this poor girl from Brooklyn who looked to be 17 months pregnant, sitting next to me. She dug her fingernails into my hand and wrist nearly the entire flight.

Guess who had a tough time convincing Mrs 2 how I received those marks?
