Afternoon gents. Been a few days. Last time I tried to get on (Monday?), I couldn't get through. I was thinking maybe SC had poked fun of one two many UcheaT fans already, and they blew up his computer.

Good morning/afternoon folks.  Sure is beautiful here.  Warm too. The trade winds make the nights very nice too I might add.  I was able to go up and take pics of Waimea Canyon yesterday after work.  One couple from Texas asked me if I would take a pic of them.  I said that I would.  The man told me not to take it with the old rooster in the pic so I said, what about the old hen.  His wife gave me that look, you know the look.  Well, I got ready to snap the pic and paused. I then told the man to step out of the frame for a minute.  He started to then paused so I encouraged him to again so he started to step away from his wife and both of them had a bewildered look on their faces.  I paused and reminded him that he didn't want the "old rooster" in the pic.  She said, "Oh, you're good."

No, this was at the overlook to the canyon.  Lucky he didn't try and throw me over the railing though...

Yeah, I remember that.  He took it well though.  I did say he was from Texas so that might be what helped him understand my joke.  At least he wasn't from 10rsea.  If so he probably would have went ballistic...

It's cold (52), but no rain (until tomorrow).  I got the yard mowed yesterday; gave up on NALT coming to do it.  Apparently he's the first yard boy with a Hawaiian vacation!   

The Rebels are ready for Arburn this weekend.  Doubt they can win, but just the chance of Ole Miss beating them is soooooo sweet that I can't wait to see.  11am game.

Guess 2 is gearing up for the rainy trip to Knoxville.  Guess we'll have to run things on CRS without you.

I'm hoping for a mighty fine weekend of sports.  Hopefully an NL Championship and a 12th straight win over the orange pukes.

Chech, I will be over your way (Tunica) Saturday/Saturday night.  A buddy of mine has free tickets to see Lyle Lovett and Robert Earl Keen...unfortunately starting at the same time as a potential NLCS Game 7.  Yikes.  I may have to place a (small) wager or two at the new sportsbook.

Morning boys. Woke up to 48 degrees this morning. That's a chilly October morning, even for central Maryland. Cooler weather means I may be more motivated to work on that big playset my parents gave to the kids earlier this year.
