If I were you I'd Google about lightning strikes.  It certainly isn't normal to be hit that often.  See what you can do solve it.

Good Thursday morning! Getting closer to kickoff every day. I’m ready. Running out of ideas for the “Three word story”. 

Looking forward to the weekend. Playing in a golf tourney Saturday at Arrowhead Pointe at the RBR State Park in Ga. Promises to be fun.

Do modems get their power from the AC outlet or POE?  If they are "power over Ethernet" then a surge protector won't help...

Modem gets power from the 120V. Receptacle. I found out last night the guy at Centurylink forget to put in my order. Well you all have a Blessed day and be safe from clouds. OH btw I had a surge protector and it didn't work. Football! Football! Football! RTR!
