Good morning folks.  One more day until the SECCG.  Cold temps out there this morning with rain supposed to be heading our way for the weekend.  My driveway washed out pretty bad on Tuesday but I haven't had the time or $$ to fix it just yet.  With more rain predicted in the next few days I think I had better wait anyways as long as we can still get in and out.  Much more damage and that won't be happening though...

Good morning, NALT.

Santa can bring you switches or a sack of coal; not sure about a load of gravel!    Might be time for asphalt or concrete, but that'd be expensive.

Looking forward to the SECCG tomorrow.  Hopefully all of the distractions won't bother Alabama; Kiffin seems to be in every conversation about coaching hires around the country.  Just get us past Florida, then he can go play wherever he wants!

I feel your pain NALT. We lived in Wetumpka (Jasmine Hills) in the late 80's, and our driveway was dirt/gravel 1/4 of a mile uphill from Jasmine Hill Rd. It washed out all the time. The county was good enough to grade it when it got too bad, though. Ahhh, the good old days.

I'll be heading for Atlanta early in the morning. The tickets include free entry into the "Fanfare". Supposedly, that's where SEC Game Day will be. I'll try to sneak up on Finebaum and thump him in the ear. Shouldn't be too hard; big target. I'll hold up 3 fingers so you'll know it's me.
I wish the county would work on my driveway occasionally but they can't even afford to keep their paved roads in decent shape.  My neighbor that shares part of has said that he is willing to help with it.  Most of the bad damage is on the part that we share anyways so it was really good of him to offer.

Have a great time in Atlanta.  Safe travels to you...

Well it is cold here this morning. Looking forward to the heat of the day. NALT I know the feeling our driveway is washed out so bad friends park at the bottom to keep from driving up ours, well shoot when they come over anyway. I noticed we are suppose to have more rain but I don't care what it washes as long as we get rain. Our well is still pulling air when we run the water. OK hope everybody has a beautiful day. RTR!

It wasn't that long ago that CNS threw Kiff a rescue float. Kiff was like a wore out fish floating on a stagnant pond grasping for air. Kiff only leaves for a lateral job if that is what CNS wants!

Weismuller taught my mother swimming when she was growing up in Chicago.

You know those people back then were doing great acting and didn't even strain at it. With out all the cussing and violence that kids see today. Our biggest Tarzan stunt was jumping out of the barn loft and hoping to catch the rope before the ground. lol, RTR!

Getting ready to head to Atlanta. Looking forward to the game.

I see Washington manhandled Colorado, so they are in for sure. When I went to bed last night, our BB team had a 12 point halftime lead. I see we lost by 9. Outscored 51-30 in the second half. Very disappointing. Please don't let this be "same crap, different year".

Good morning, 2.  CHEER LOUDLY IN ATLANTA!!

Cold this morning, and rain is on the way.  Looks like rain starting before noon, then all afternoon.  Off to work on a house first, then settle to watch the azz kicking.
Coffee

Florida fans have resorted to their "SHOCK THE WORLD" stance.  Kiss it.
