  , cutting grass?  , hey I may not ever see grass again. I told my wife to get one of those yard brooms like we had when I was little and just rake the yard. RTR!

My grass hasn't been cut in over a month. Finally got a decent rain and a few hours of drizzle in Middle Tennessee.

I haven't cut my grass since the first week of August.  It's Bermuda grass, a bit high, but not too bad.  I may not need to cut it until spring.  Not good to cut it short during a drought, so it's just sitting there.
 

My sprinkler system has kept mine growing, but I'm fixing to shut it down for the winter. Yesterday was the last grass cutting until spring.

GAME DAY: ROLL TIDE!

It's below chilly here; it's cold.  39 degrees.  Crazy change from just 2 days ago.

Not much news coming from practices.  A&M is still talking; saying this is their year.  The A&M offense is good enough to move the ball; much like Arkansas did against us.  But their defense isn't stopping anybody consistently.  So we may have to outscore them, at least for much of the game.  IF turnovers aren't an issue, expect a close game.  WE WIN!  ENJOY IT!!

Gameday indeed! As long as we don't have a letdown game, I think we win comfortably. My grandson says we'll beat 'em good. He's a pretty good prognosticator, so I REALLY like our chances.
