I posted pic about Sunday's fish and news of the fires on the 'Out West' thread.

Two friends are joining me for fishing today.  They're driving down from northern Idaho (5 hours), and we'll fish Hebgen Lake together for 2 days.  Gotta get going...

LOL @ Chechem. You don't have time to get Arthritis. Well Mrs Dottie removed my bandage this morning and she said I certainly staple heavy. She couldn't count them all. Well about the 8th of Sept. I get them out. It is nice here this morning just got that Monday morning feeling of football season. RTR!

my right hand and elbow was hurting so I went to see the Doc ...
he does his examination and comes back to the room and proclaims , "looks like you have tennis elbow" 

I say ... "but Doc ... I don't play tennis"   

he says ... ok , in your case we'll call it "rod and reel elbow"

  I wouldn't exactly call it "pain"; worth every irritation.  This morning I'm having hot coffee in a paper cup, which feels great on my hand.  Hey, we do what we can, right?


I added some new pics to the "Out West" thread, and moved it to the Ferguson Forum.  Lots of more important news these days, and football is our passion.  Add, of course, friendships, comedy, social interactions, and mild backstabbing.   

The firefighters had a town meeting yesterday to discuss the fires that keep smoke over this region.  They are allowing the fires in YNP to burn; not threatening anything now.  But they're setting backfires along the Madison River to keep the fires moving eastward (not southward) so they burn areas away from roads and signage.  Madison Campground is 5 miles away from the fire and across the Madison River from it, so no real threat there.  Nothing else in danger (unless you're a wild animal or a rock).
