Well today is another Monday that the Lord has made. I got a DR. appointment at 1 PM but It could be worse. lol, I hope everybody has a great day at work and blesses abound. OH, yea, if you haven't seen the movie "War Room" you need do yourself a monumental favor and see that thing. It is one of the best movies i ever saw in my movie life. RTR!

Hey thanks guys. Hey it went well, they are setting me up for my next Pain Block at VA Hospital in B'ham I hope within the next couple of weeks. He said everything else is good except my vitamin "D." I am not sure how vitamin "D" gets low but he is putting me on a pill form.
Hey you just don't know how bad I wish I could actually go to an "A" Day game but man we don't have the money. I sometimes hate to be honest but that is the fact. I can assure you if it is on TV I will be watching and cheering for the guys. Shoot since CNS has gotten here I have loved A day.  , RTR!

It's cold, it's windy, and it's nasty out there.  Two cold fronts passed by yesterday and last night.  Now the temperatures are dropping.  But it's the blustery wind that's a pain!



I'd head south, but Pensacola is cold today too!  Guess I'll just go to work, and let the hot air there warm my bones.

Indeed, it is cold here today too. Think I'll stay indoors and do taxes, make more fun of $cam, watch the ducks sh** in the yard, or something.
