By the way, all of you that are familiar with the Rama Jama Cafe located next to Bryant Denny, it has been put up for sale by owner Gary Lewis. Gary is the Nick Saban look alike that the tv networks discovered a few years back. It seems he's ready to retire from all of the rigors of working the long hours required to run his place during football season. I did ask him about his decision to sell and he winked at me with a smile and said don't believe everything you read so what do we read into that. If he does sell though, he will be missed. He originally opened the Hounds Tooth tavern located on The Strip many years ago  before purchasing an old convenience store now known as the Rama Jama. He's one of the nicer people that you will ever meet. By the way, 2Stater and he were classmates in high school, Sidney Lanier in Montgomery.

Ahhh, life is good again this year!! 

LF and I spent 15 hours on the road yesterday.  There were accidents from Virginia to Mississippi, on every interstate, due to the crowds, idiots, rain, and FOG.  There were 9 accidents on I-24 in Chattanooga.  We inched along until I said, "ENOUGH", and we took back roads around Nashville, then across southern Tennessee.  It was nuts!  At one point about dark yesterday we diverted 40 miles to the Natchez Trace south of Nashville, only to finally get there and find it was closed for construction.  Ugh. 

There was a 13-car pileup on Afton Mountain in Virginia (I-64), and it took my nephew 7 hours to get from Charlottesville to Blacksburg yesterday (usually takes 2hr 15min).

But we're home safely, ready for a Monday.

Good Tuesday morning! We are about 4 days and 13 hours away from another SEC championship, then it's off to the playoffs. I've decided that I want Clempson to beat NC to make sure tOSU is left out. That'll teach those Cretans to play cupcakes all year. The Big 10 doesn't deserve 2 teams in the playoffs. Besides, we'll have our hands full with Oklahoma anyway. I like our chances, though!

Good Tuesday morning! We are about 4 days and 13 hours away from another SEC championship, then it's off to the playoffs. I've decided that I want Clempson to beat NC to make sure tOSU is left out. That'll teach those Cretans to play cupcakes all year. The Big 10 doesn't deserve 2 teams in the playoffs. Besides, we'll have our hands full with Oklahoma anyway. I like our chances, though!

Agreed, I want OSU left out of the playoffs.  It'd take several upsets for them to get in again, as it stands now.  Unless the committee does a 180 on their own rules, we're good!
