Thanks, guys.  LOTS of stories to tell.  

But first, pics.  Faces are covered to protect the guilty.


We took a float plane from Red Lake, Ontario to an isolated camp on Odin Lake.


Walleye were plentiful.  We'd each catch 25-50 every morning and again each afternoon.  There were 4 of us, so 2 people per boat.  Usually fishing is slower during July than during June, but this year it was great.


Most all of the 'keeper' fish were 17-19".  We didn't catch any BIG walleye.  We only kept 4 per day to eat.


Lots of Northern Pike too (slimy creatures).


Peaceful and quiet.  Just loons and moose calling at night.


Death table for cleaning fish and studying a caribou skull.


Moose poop for 2.


Bratwurst ...
