I used to think my little town was a magnet for severe storms, but this year WV takes the trophy.  Are most all roads open again now, WV?

I'm surprised, because it was on campus at Texas A&M, there isn't more info yet.  Usually when cops are shot and a campus is involved, there's more coverage.
