My 'Sometimerz' must be kicking in. Ida sworn I made my picks on Tuesday. Luckily, I just checked them and saw that I didn't. Whew! Almost blew another 3-7 week.

Why blow a 3-7 week, when you can later claim to have missed a 9-1 week.

Hope the team is more motivated than our CRS family.  Everybody has the losing-to-Cajuns hangover.  

On top of the hangover is a crowded Oxford this weekend.  It's full of obnoxious LSU fans frothing at their recent success and loudly proclaiming their title (not yet attained).  They play Ole Miss tonight.  God I hate purple.  The restaurant where we ate last night was full of loud-mouthed LSU-ites.  Like a swarm of rodents!

I remember the Bear saying if you don't go into a game 35 points better than your opponent, you shouldn't complain about losing on a bad play or call. Somthing like that. I think he meant you should be that much better than any opponent. Of course, that didn't apply to LSU this year.

Good Sunday morning!

From all reports, it looks like Tua will make a full recovery. That is excellent news. It is sad though, that we've seen him play his last down with us. I hope he has a great career in the NFL. I also hope his character rubs off on some of those thugs.
