Redstone Arsenal has been lost to an invading force of ladybugs.

So has Woodland Hills -- Oxford, MS.

They chased me back indoors.

BTW, they're not ladybugs.  These are the stupid beetles introduced into national forests by the Forest Service to kill aphids.  They're Asian lady beetles.
 

What kind of damage were the aphids causing?

I don't remember, but it seems that I recall them being vectors (carriers) of diseases in evergreens.

@ NALT:  Most of my students who claimed they were bitten by stinkbugs arrived with an assassin bug in a jar.  They look a bit like stinkbugs, and they really bite.

Hey everyone.  We finally got home this evening around 8:15 from Birmingham.  The doc ordered some labs (which we took care of before we left for home), as well as a colonoscopy/endoscopy (this will be his third such test since February 2017), and some test similar to an MRI only they call it an MRE.  She wants to put Runt on Remicade.  That is administered via infusion.  The first will take 4 hours then all others will take 2 hours.  Once the first is given the second will follow 2 weeks later followed by the 3rd 4 weeks later than that.  The subsequent infusions should be given anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks apart.  Cost of Remicade?  Anywhere from $1300 to $3500 per application.  Does anybody know any good bankruptcy lawyers?

Prayers for NALT's son Runt this morning.  Hope these treatments finally solve the issues.

Another MASS SHOOTING, this time in California.  Most victims were college kids at a country-music gathering, and one victim was a sheriff sergeant.  At least a dozen dead.  Just nuts.

Haven’t heard about the shooting yet. Will look that up, Chech. More senseless crap!
