Good morning.

Thursday was full of news.  Alabama announced suspension of a secondary player, DB Daniel Wright, then followed that he'd have surgery.

Keith Holcombe was arrested for DUI.

Christion Abercrombie (Tenn State) remains in ICU "fighting for his life".

The Braves were shut out by the Dodgers 6-0.  It wasn't close.

Hopefully today is better.  It's hot and sticky here with a slight chance of rain.  I've got to drive a friend to the Memphis Airport this morning.  Not my favorite city, but not a bad drive to and from.

This group [Arkansas] has been sad and dysfunctional, and unless the Tide defense simply fails to show up, they are unlikely to dent the scoreboard much on Saturday."
