This morning I'm being thankful that Kirby Smart stayed as long as he did.  We've had 4-5 years of UGA rumors, and Kirby has been mentioned as a candidate for jobs annually.  Good luck to him.

FINALLY the skies are clearing here, and we'll have sunshine today.  Wow, we've had 3" of rain since Saturday.  I've seen enough rain and fog for a while!

Have a goodie!

We received just a little bit of rain overnight. That's all we got out of this system, but I'm not complaining because of the extended mild temps.

I hear there will be a 0% chance of rain inside the Georgia Dome for the game this Saturday.  Cheesy

Yeah, it was disappointing that we lost our advantage of having the games in Birmingham, but the DOME has been good to us.  It's a pain to play in slop this time of year, and a bigger pain to sit and watch in it!

Hopefully the team isn't as distracted as everybody else.  There has been scant news about practices or players.  Everything seems to concern coaches and recruits.

A secondary cold front lowered the temperatures yesterday, and this morning we're in the 20s.  Brrr.

My tomato plants look like wet hay, and green tomatoes are scattered all over the ground beneath them.  Yep, it's WINTER!

TOMORROW is the big day.  We have a chance to extend our lead of SEC titles to 25 (UT is 2nd with 13), and become the first team this century to win back-to-back SEC championships.

Yeah, it's a little nipply here too at 43 degrees. Plenty cold for down here. It needs to warm up, though. Mrs 2 is still decorating for Christmas and is kicking me out of the house. It's either golf or Christmas shopping. Lord, please let it warm up!  Pray
