Consecutive Tua drives, without a score, has only happened once in 8 games.  There were 2 consecutive "3 and outs" against UT.

Cumulative game time to score opening drive TD's, against 5 SEC opponents, was 5 minutes and 13 seconds.

I agree.  I went back and watched the play several times and the line and the backs are definitely blocking for a run off left tackle.  It probably would have gained the 2 yds. needed if the ball had not gone through his hands.  They were lucky the punter was able to catch the deflection or it would have gone into the end zone.  We got 0 points from this FL mistake.

Florida's "Fake Punt".  Gary kept insisting that this was a called fake punt.  It looked like a the snap was high and wide right, and the punter didn't handle it.  Also, why would Coach Mac be so upset if they called the play?

I will be reviewing the play again later today to see if I missed something.

In hind sight, one trick they tried was switching out the QB at random, to try and confuse Bama, and get a first down in the first half.  And.....it worked.

Keven, Keven, Keven, (yeah, I know how to spell it).  That is such a stupid stat that you don't deserve to have it spelled correctly.  How could the Alabama fans have a "stat they can't stand" when there was not a single Bama fan that knew about it, until you wasted your bottle of cyber ink on it!  I will not post a link to the article because I don't want to give you more air time.

My sons won't even consider letting me go to another game.  The last 2 games I attended happened to be La Monroe on 11/17/2007 and the SEC championship game in 2008.  One of my sons took me to the 2007 La Monroe game for my birthday, and both sons took me to the 2008 SECCG as a Christmas gift.  You know how those turned out.  Now they just send money.  One son has season tickets and he would give them to a wino before he would let me use them
Wow!  With that on your record I don't think you should ever go watch them again...  Now, I don't drink but if I show up with a wine bottle would "One son" give me his tickets to the Iorn Bowl?   Embarrassed
