Peterson reminds me of the millions of welfare recipients, they want to have what everyone else has but don't want to have to work for it. Bingo!!! That was a goodie.

If he is so pissed about where his team got placed/screwed whatever then he can fix it. UCLA apparently offered him the job. Take you fool and then your team becomes an AQ. Click here for linkIf he didn't want to leave Boise State then why didn't Boise State just join the Pac 10 when they restructured. The Big 12 ain't quite the Big 12, they need a couple of teams and BS would be a good fit there. But my contention is BS wants to whine about no respect but they aren't going to put their selves in a conference where they have that much competition. Any body can get up for one game but BS couldn't withstand the week-after-week competition. A team that can't make it through their schedule doesn't deserve a BCS bowl. JMHO

With all the whining and crying from the national media and perennial weak conferences, it got me to thinking. We shouldn’t be so arrogant about the fact Bama, LSU and the SEC are the best in the country. So I propose to the NZAA that ALL FBS teams not in the NCG receive a small “participation” trophy. That way they can all feel good about themselves. Even the ones that loose to 6-6 teams.

I wonder if this is why Lee has played very little in the last couple of games? Did he even take a snap in the Arky game?
He didn't play because he's a threat to throw away the game. As long as George stays out of jail, Lee will stay out of the game. Yeah, and thinking about jail, the WHOs have a long wait trying to stay out of trouble before the NC game. I wonder if all of WHOville will be holding their collective breath?

Hate it all for the victims, may they find peace.
Have no sympathy for Sandusky, hope he rots in Hell.
Think Joe should get what he deserves, and that would be jail, IMHO.
Now..before all this crap came out, MANY people in BAMALAND were praising Joe, putting him on a pedestal, etc.....and now all want to crucify him, maybe rightly so. And I am not praising him now..all I am saying is we all need to stop and realize that our so-called "heros" may have feet of clay, and that we should always be careful of thinking a human being is perfect.
God forbid, but CNS Is human, therefore he is imperfect. And so was CPBB, Mother Theresa, Billy Graham, Einstein, Clinton, Obama, hell, all of us..we are only imperfect sinful human beings.
Let us all remember that when we try to put someone in hero status.
Sorry but I has the confused about why Oboma and Clinton would be mentioned in the same line as Billy Graham, Mother Theresa and Einstein. To me this is an oxymoron.

I think it takes a lot more than 4 months to get over an ACL. He's done a great rehab job to get to the point where he can go through warm-ups and maybe practice a little. But playing in a game and getting hit and making cuts is a different animal. I think if can can go full speed in spring practice then he has accomplished something.

I really hate his. Arizona is a favorite school for me. My son got his masters degree there. Tucson is a great place but they're like Kentucky, football is something to do til basketball starts. I do like to see them do well though.

Sad news for the Albarn fambly the other day. The 2004 Peoples Nation Championship Parade beauty queen, Bell, has passed away. She was a Holstein beauty. Seems she got into a field of milkweed and developed a bad case of sour belly. No one in the animal husbandry department could save her. One grad student was overheard saying how popular Bell was, “all the dates we had and never once did she kick the pail out from under me” he said with a tear in his eye.
On a related note, foolsball coarch Jean Cheez-it had concern for some of his offensive linemen. Coarch was delegated the task of Bells burial. He assigned four of his best and brightest linemen to go out and dig a hole and bury Bell. The left out early one morning and didn’t come back until after dark, missing practice. Coarch Cheez-it was furious and demanded an explanation. The captain of the burial task force, still out of breath, said “ Coarch, we had to dig four holes and we is tired.” Coarch screamed why in the world did you dig four holes to bury one cow? The captain then explained, the first three weren’t big enough.

A barn grad with great initiative wanted to start a farming business after getting his barn degree. He thought long and hard what would be most profitable. He finally decided he would grow him some chickens. The next day he bought him a whole mess of baby chicks. He plowed the field, fertilized properly and planted the chick’s feet first. He watered them good every day but after a few days they were all dead. So he thought about it he knew what he did wrong. The next day he bought him a ‘nother whole mess of baby chicks. THIS TIME he planted them head first and watered twice a day. He was real proud. Low and behold these chicks didn’t even last as long as the first ones. He knew he was going have to get help. That night he wrote his professor at the barn a letter explaining everything to him asking what he did wrong. A return letter finally arrived. The professor started the letter YOU MORON; you know I can’t tell you anything without a soil sample.

As part of the Lee County beautification project, barn grad students decided to do their part by planting trees along the major roads in Lee county. An old retired farmer was sitting on his porch next to his goat when he sees a truck coming down the dirt road slowly. As he watched he noticed three barn grad students, one driving the old rusted out Ford truck and two in the back of the truck with some small trees. The driver would stop about every twenty feet, one guy would jump out and dig a hole and jump back in the truck. Then, the second guy would jump out, cover the hole back up, pat in down and jump back in the truck. The farmer watched this until they got in front of his house trailer. He said “boys what in the world are you tryin’ to do? Diggin’ holes and coverin’ em up” The drive calmly told the old man we’re planting trees but the guy who usually puts the tree in the hole called in sick today.

Click here for linkMissouri coach Gary Pinkel was arrested Wednesday night on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, according to Boone County Sheriff's Office records. We'll not stand for this in the SEC. And athletic directors (Georgia) That's right. Only players and former players get arrested for DUI here.
