OK, I just posted my first pass at what we should store for each recruit on the new recruiting pages I am going to build.  It is over here as a comment to the blog post.  I would appreciate it if some of you guys who follow recruiting will go over there and take a look, then let me know what you think.

Here is a first draft of what I think we should store for each recruit:

1.  Recruit Number (unique database ID)
2.  First Name
3.  Last Name
4.  Class Year
5.  High School
6.  City
7.  State
8.  Position(s)
9.  Recruiting site links
10.  YouTube video(s)
11.  Status (Prospect, Very Interested Prospect (UA in top 3), Offered, Verbal, Signed, Enrolled)
12.  Dedicated discussion board for this recruit
13.  Article links
14.  Visit(s) (Date, Official or Unofficial)
15.  Tweets or quotes from the recruit
16.  Picture (I almost forgot this)
17.  Other school(s) with mutual interest (maybe have the same status field described in #11 for each school)

Anything else?  Comments?  Suggestions?

And now I am going to step away for a little while to go play with my son.  The poor little guy has been neglected these last few days.  My daughter has too, but she is busy all the time so she doesn't notice it as much.

Well, I never noticed that.

Thanks.  I wish I could hang out here all day, but I got to make some money and pay some bills.  I was actually off last week when I first built the site.  The timing ended up being perfect, as there is no way I could have built this site and worked too.

But now that I am back to work I will only be able to drop in for a few minutes at a time during the day just to make sure everything is still working.  I try to come through every now and then and hand out some e-creds even if I don't have time to post.
