I may be just me, and may have been discussed earlier, but JT seem to come inside more tonight. Last night it looked like OU was waiting for the outside pitches. Congrats girls.

I can do game notes. Probably won't be pretty. Any of you guys have suggestions on where to eat in Auburn/Birmingham/Prattville?
B'ham and Montgomery both have a Dreamland BBQ. The one in B'ham is located downtown near UAB. The Montgomery location is also downtown near the Riverwalk ballpark where the Biscuits play. Thanks

According to the schedule you posted above you are at each location only one day. Playing 36 holes a day three days in a row will be a lot of golf. You also have travel time in there. You are going to have a blast on this trip.
You said you played Capital Hill before so I assume you have played The Judge. If not, I will give you a tip. The view from from the No. 1 tee is awesome. My tip is the fairway is wider than it looks. Don't be imtimidated.
We had to play the Judge twice last year, because the other courses were closed. Yea, we are playing 36 a day. The RTJ website has a deal for 3 days unlimited golf for $150 plus tax. You can pay for your carts when you sign up or at the course. Last year we paid at the course and only Capitol Hill charged us a cart fee.

With school out officially tomorrow I have a golf trip planned with some other coaches. We will leave Tx and stop in Delhi La and play Black Bear. On Tues the 19th of June we will play Grand National, Wed. Oxmoor Valley, and Thurs Capitol Hill.
You will love the RTJ Trail. You are playing three of the best locations. Do you know which course you are playing? Capitol Hill has three courses while the others have two courses plus a very good 18 hole par 3 course. The par three is a good way to finish the day if 18 holes is not enough. Have fun and hit'em straight. We start at GN and play Lake then Links, at Oxmoor we play Ridge then Valley, at Capitol Hill we play Judge then Legislator. Last year we went Magnolia Grove, Capitol Hill and then Oxmoor.

This is for anyone who has some pain out there. I was having lower back pain and not sure why. At times I would feel like someone had stuck an ice pick in my lower back. I have been told I stand on my left side too much and it gets my hips out of line. I had been going to the Chiro for about a month and still had the sharp pains. I finally went to Airrosti and they said what was wrong was my butt muscles were too tight as well as my hamstrings. This caused my left hip to be highter than my right. The man manipulated my muscles and when I stood up I could tell a huge difference. I went back for one more session and have not been back to the Chiro. They gave me some stretches and I have brought one of the solid foam roller to use. They tell you if they can't alleviate the pain in 2 or 3 trips they will send you for an MRI to see what is causing the problem. Don't know if this helps anyone, but it did help me.
Airrosti Rehab Centers (Airrosti) is a healthcare group that employs and trains skilled providers who specialize in delivering high quality, outcome-based musculoskeletal care. Our strict adherence to quality care standards across our provider network significantly reduces costs and recovery times for patients and prevents unnecessary MRIs, pharmaceuticals, and surgeries.

^^^ My first six coaches could be interchanged any way you want. I strongly dislike them equally to the point of daydreaming about slugging them in the face. So you like Fulmer?
