Mississippi State offensive lineman Sam Westmoreland died suddenly at the age of 19, head coach Mike Leach said.

No cause of death was immediately announced.

Mississippi State said that the Oktibbeha County (Miss.) Sheriff's Office and the office of the county medical examiner and coroner are getting information on Westmoreland's sudden death.

Their QB's social media post kind of made it sound like suicide.

Lordy, e are praying for the family. This has to be a hard jolt I know. It is hard to lose a child at any age. RTR!
