But don't cry for him.  He has a $13MM buyout.  Whew!

Hey 2... what are they saying up there about the cost of the buyout?  $13mm is one of the largest I can remember.  Maybe THE largest.  I wonder what the payout schedule is.  Even if it's spread over 10 years, that's still a million a year for doing nothing.  Not too shabby!

Mushie should take a year off and go to anger management.

McB, most people  didn't care about the buyout. They just wanted him gone. They would have been happier if Ray Tanner had been fired along with him.

Rumor up here has it that Orgeron wants to bring him in and kick Pelini to the curb.

Strong rumors up here about either Billy Napier or Hugh Freeze taking Muschamps place.

I heard on talk radio this morning in no particular order, Hugh Freeze, Billy Napier and the guy at Coastal Carolina.

They ought to hire the AD at Coastal Carolina. They are building one heck of a sports program there.

Sarkisian and UAB's Bill Clark has made the short list along with both of Clemson's coordinators.

I hope they leave Sark and Clark alone. UAB is getting better and we don't have a great OC left. RTR!

They will be a hard get, especially Venables. He's had offers before and turned them down. Maybe he's just waiting for his son to graduate.

Venables son plays defense at Clemson. He’s a sophomore, I think.

I never understood why Carolina hired Muschump to start with. He failed miserably ay Florida, even with all the in-state talent.
