He's not a speedster. He was timed at 4.7 at one of the big Nike recruiting events his senior year. More of a physical receiver with good routes and hands. We definitely need to be developing more experienced depth at WR with Smith and Waddle on the way out. Baker was an early enrolled and could've really benefited from spring practice. He's rated as the 2nd best player in LA, and it would be nice to stick this one in Coach O's face.
