Held on and held off a good team.  Now 8-8 in SEC.  Let's enjoy this big win.  RTR!

And without Petty. I'm impressed.  :worship:

I was concerned about this game. With Petty out and Jones playing with one hand where would the points come from. Answer: the foul line (33 pts at the line). They could not slow Lewis down (25 pts), Shack continues to impress (18 pts), one handed Herb got 10 pts and the difference in the game was Javain Davis scoring 20 pts and 10 rebounds. Who had him getting a Double-double?

I give Coach Oats a lot of credit for getting our wounded team up and ready to play. This was a really good win considering the roster challenges Oats is dealing with.

Sounds like a great game for us. Hope our injuries go away and we can play as a team again. I think a full healthy team would win the SEC tourney. RTR!

It's good to know we have players that can step up their game when they need to.

No giving up, no excuses. Winning.

I think Bama finally has its basketball coach.  And I have that buckle in hand, ready to click in on a moment's notice, should the opportunity arise.

(Next year, you'll hear that clicking sound with the season's first tip off.)

RTR!

This win could be huge because the game was won without Petty.  It should build the confidence of all the other players.  Also, it looks like Davis is becoming more of a force and a little more physical.

It will be interesting to see how well we can continue to shoot the 3 without Petty so we can still space the D out a little and open up driving and passing lanes.

If CNO can keep them playing as a team they will be good but we sure need Petty. I wonder if the new S&C coaches will work with other sports teams in our university? RTR!
