I don't think they'll lose much in the way of recruits. He coached at Miami under Jimmy Johnson when they were winning (he recruited Dwayne Johnson, the Rock). He coached under Pete Carroll at USC, and eventually became recruiting coordinator. 2004 National Recruiter of the Year. He had good recruiting classes at Ole Miss. He also was recruiting coordinator for Lane Kiffin at TN.
