The defensive secondary and the punting from this year seem to prove that to be true. This is not to say that this is quantitatively an exact measure, but it does seem to be accurate as a general observation of outcomes achieved from inputs the at hand. This is not the first year that inexperience has cost the team a game, or two, and it will not be the last year that such things happen.
