Students about to graduate would park anywhere they wanted, never make final tuition payments, ignore library charges, etc. Once the University started holding the Bursar accounts, suddenly bills got paid. :lol2: :lol2: :lol2: Title: Re: Ha Ha's Degree Not Issued....
