What are fans must understand is the guy who gets hired may be unknown and from a small college or 2nd tier program. For example: Bruce Pearl: Univ. Wisconsin-Green Bay to Tennessee Coach K: Army to Duke Bobby Knight: Army to Indiana Gregg Marshall: Winthrop to Wichita State Billy Donovan: Marshall to Florida C.M.
