Tide shows up (I won't use the word play, that's an oxymoron) on Thursday to meet Ole Miss. In the event the entire Ole Miss team is hit with the swine flu, diarrhea, and hiccups at the same time and we beat them, then we would appear (again, not play) against Kentucky.

I think Tennessee wins the SEC. It's in Nashville but UK will still have a huge crowd. A week ago I would have picked LSU but they have distractions now. Could be an Auburn/Tennessee final.

In first round of tourney Mizzou beat UGA 71-61 & A&M beat Vandy 69-52. I wonder if Vandy fires their coach?

I liked the lineup with Smith and Hall.  I thought Smith had a solid game.  I don't know what is wrong with Petty and his shooting.  It looks like he has lost his confidence.  However, he made huge play with his tip/dunk.  Free throw shooting is still a problem that causes losses.  They shot 50% and left 9 points on the floor.

The announcers seemed to think Bama will likely make the Big Dance after beating Ole Miss.

%Just finished watching the game:
1.  Bama doesn't have explosive jumpers and are consistently challenged around the rim. 
2.  Bama needs to hit the weight room as they loose too many 50/50 rebounds/balls.
3.  Bama continued to go inside even when UK had seven blocks in the early going.  See number 1.
4.  Bama again turns the ball over numerous times. 
5.  Bama didn't get back on defense as UK had many fast break points.
6.  When Bama sets a screen the dribbler rarely goes close enough to allow the man to be screened.
7.  This was a perfect example by UK on spacing and movement off the ball.
8.  Bama did shoot 78.9% from the free throw line.
9.  Bama doesn't read situation basketball very well.

10.  When you only win 3 more games than you lose, They don't deserve to go to the tournament, maybe not even the NIT.

We don't need to be in the NIT just to get knocked out early for more embarrassment. RTR!

I think they're only allowed to practice if they have games to play.  Otherwise they're ordinary students.

They can practice FT shooting and 3 point shooting by themselves if they had the desire to improve.

This is something we was doing in high school when we wanted to improve over the summer we did drills for football and FT shooting for BB on our own. We was a 1A school but we won games we should have lost. RTR!
