We should be fine without any of the injured guys today. I’d rather ‘em get healthy than risk making the injuries worse. MSU’s defense is good, but the simple fact is their offense can’t put many points on the board against Bama’s defense. 17 points will be enough to win this game. Bama could start Mac Jones, run the ball every play of the game and get 17.

For some reason this part of the year every year we seem to have those injuries to great players. RTR!

It was worse than this last year, Preacher and we still won it all.  8)

Last year we lost the entire LB corps. We’ve been fortunate this year.

It was a bad call, but #2 acted like he was guilty by throwing his hands up exactly when the defender fell forward and convinced the ref to throw the flag.  Now we get to listen to Gary complain about it for the next 2, maybe 20 years.

I figured they'd stop our running early, and Tua would have to save us.  NOT.

We've got to protect Tua better in the second half.  MSU's D is good enough to pressure him unless we start throwing more short patterns, screens, and draws.

Deonte Brown is also a worry.  He left, went into the medical tent, and stayed out for the remainder of the game.  Really not good.

I can just about guarantee you he won't play next week. Turf toes are as slow to heal as bruised ribs, hamstrings, and high ankle sprains. We will sure need him for the barn.

In just 3/4 of one season with Tua we've become so accustomed to near perfection on offense that a 24-0 win over the #16 team in the country feels like a terrible performance. I hope anybody with nagging injuries, Tua included, sits next week and gets healthy for the barn and UGA. The defense has come into its own right on time as the offense struggles to get healthy. Back-to-back SEC shutouts is not an easy accomplishment.
