Of course CBS would have their double header option that Saturday, ensuring Bama plays LSU at night in Death Valley.  It will be an epic atmosphere, at least for the first half.

We'll probably be stuck with Gary Danielson.   :yuck:

I'm guessing the CBS afternoon game will be Georgia v Kentucky.  The other option would be Florida v Mizzou.  (Preseason prediction had Barn v Aggies in that time slot.)

Corndogs can't biitch about the schedule.

Coonasses come out at night (like the possums, rats, vampires, spiders, snakes, tsetse flies...).

Note that LSU plays more night games than any other SEC team.  TV coverage loves LSU at night.  I'm not too concerned, Bama usually does well v. LSU in Baton Rouge -- many of those were night games.  Including the BCSCG in Jan. 2012, Bama has won 7 straight v LSU.

Quote
SEC’s top winning percentages in night home games since 2005
Alabama .928 (26-2)
LSU .900 (45-4)
Mizzou .814 (22-5)
Auburn .794 (27-7)
Arkansas .756 (28-9)
South Carolina .750 (30-10)
Texas A&M .750 (24-8)
Georgia .692 (9-4)

I’ll be at work and wouldn’t be leaving before 11:30 CST anyway. At least a night game means we’ll be pretty dead and I’ll be able to pay attention to the game and get stuff done so we can leave on time. After the Mizzou game we didn’t leave until 1:30 AM.
