Title: Scott Moore on 680 the Fan
Post by: deahl001 on March 01, 2011, 11:59:55 AM
Scott Moore is about to join the Chuck & Chernoff show at 680 the Fan. Thought some of you guys might want to listen along based on his last radio interview with WNSP.

I missed the beginning, but he said the NCAA told the boogers to sit Cam.

All in ... soon to be all out.

Recap for anyone that missed it:

Nothing new really from what was said on WNSP. The only thing I heard that was extra information beyond his original interview with WNSP was that he stated that AU made an offer as well as Tennessee.

Side note, they were overly skeptical which isn't shocking given the barner pumping that they do on that show.

He claims he is going to play the tapes on his radio show in a couple of weeks. I can't wait to see if that happens...

They were skeptical, and moore got a little defensive.  But I think he got his point across.  The problem is that he is "close friends" with john bond, but I just cant see them making all of this up.

Yeah, he definitely got a little defensive. You can tell he isn't used to answering to people outside of the state of Alabama. People here are skeptical, people there want to believe it is true lol.

As far as it all being real, part of me believes him because this is quite an intricate lie to fabricate if it is all fake. But what really hurts him is that he says they are good friends and he constantly dodges the real questions by responding with vague and unspecific answers. If you have something to say, say it... Otherwise shut up and sit down.

Maybe I've missed this while wondering around looking at different forums, but why is he waiting 2 weeks?

He says he wants to perform his due diligence to confirm authenticity, cover all liability, etc. Apparently he is a forensics expert in voice recognition (which seems stupid given that he is in radio). He claims he just wants to cover all angles before airing a story of this magnitude.

Moore is also an entertainer. I heard him on The Ticket out of Ft. Walton Beach, Fl. with Scott Mcsomebody from time to time. Does a pretty good Bobby Bowden voice among others if you get my drift.

Check out this blog by a booger.

"The Truth about Scott Moore and the Cam Newton Tapes

Over promise, under deliver.  That’s my experience with Scott Moore.  This show was going to be huge.  He was going to make 6-figures selling telephone service.  But when the check came due, Scott was never around to pay it.

Now, he supposedly has tapes that implicate Cam Newton in rule-breaking.  I am not following the story of the tapes and what they may, or may not, contain.  Don’t have to.  “Scott Moore claims…” is enough for me to know that the whole thing is bogus (likely a publicity stunt).

I’ve got no knowledge about Cam Newton, so I’m here to neither condemn nor promote.  Anything I know about him is formed through other conversations and articles…Nothing I can source myself, which is a primary function of being a ‘journalist,’ which I haven’t claimed to be in a long time.

I AM the source when it comes to Scott Moore, as far as the “huckster and liar” narrative that led you to me on twitter.  I don’t have to look up whether the tapes are from a one-party or two-party consent state.  Doesn’t matter, because they don’t exist. I bet Scott knows, because that could be his way out of this.  “Being a two-party state, I have been informed by my legal council that it’s not in my best interest to play the tapes.” "

I'm not sure what to think.

I'm not sure what to think.

Good guess about how he'll wiggle out.

I'm pretty sure the tapes exist.  At least people at NZAA think so.
