He even blamed the center for inconsistent shotgun snaps against NC State last year in a game that took place in the middle of Hurricane Matthews. I'm no coach, but maybe -- just maybe -- shotgun snaps in the middle of driving rain aren't the best idea in the world. The Big10 is overrated and could help ND look decent. The ACC, IMO, is the second best conference in the country, and better than the SEC East. ND will continue to be exposed playing those games.

Good point. Notre Dame is built like a Big Ten team, big, slow, with limited speed & quickness. ACC is more like the SEC, with team speed & quickness, big players who are also quick, and lots of solid players at the skill positions.
