TX should think twice about Herman. This is only his 2nd year as a HC. UTX is a much higher profile job than Houston. IMHO, he needs to prove himself a little more. Saban was about the only guy in the country who could come to Bama and demand whatever he wanted from day one. A young guy with little head coaching experience and no history of success to leverage is probably not going to fix the mess at Texas.
