Atlanta police said Ole Miss defensive lineman Robert Nkemdiche is in stable condition after a one-story fall at a local hotel.

After responding to a call that a male had fallen from a hotel room window at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead, Atlanta police found the All-SEC draft prospect conscious and breathing and transported Nkemdiche to Grady Memorial Hospital.

Police reported to ESPN.com that the hotel room was broken. The report adds that "it appears that the victim broke the window and then walked approximately 15 feet and climbed over a wall and fell approximately 15 feet."

Police reported finding a small amount of suspected marijuana inside the room.

He's a lucky man, he could have been a DOA very easily.

Ole Miss defensive tackle Robert Nkemdiche has been charged with possession of marijuana after Atlanta police found seven rolled marijuana cigarettes in a hotel room, Atlanta officials said via ESPN.

His status for Ole Miss' Sugar Bowl matchup with Oklahoma State on New Year's Day remains uncertain.

More bad news for him.

He may very well have already played his last game as a student-athlete. No doubt he will be going pro, provided he hasn't messed himself up too bad. Not the way I'd want to go out.

One of the Nkemdiche brothers was rushed to a hospital Monday, but Ole Miss officials will not say why or which brother.

The NFL Network's Ian Rapoport confirmed that Denzel Nkemdiche, Robert Nkemdiche's older brother, is hospitalized.

The Ridgeland Police Department confirmed that officers were called at 9:31 a.m. Monday to 711 Lake Harbor Drive, where they found an unresponsive male. The Fire Department and an ambulance were called and the man was taken to the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Hate sounding so negative and I do have a ton of confidence in Coach Saban but I just feel that Denzel would still be what he is regardless of who coaches him...

Yeah, some people, there is just no hope for, like Eddie Williams for example. It prolly would have been a big challenge for CNS to keep them in line. He's prolly the only one who could pull it off, though.

The two brothers aren't the only problem for Freeze, only time will tell on them. ;)
