I think he does a good job of making something positive out of a bad situation, he scrambles pretty good. He has good arm strength but his timing with the receivers needs some work and getting more reps can't do anything but help that.

I'd guess he'll get the entire first half and Coker will get the second half. CNS knows that you need an extended time to get comfortable, work out the jitters, and show your true stuff. Unless either is exceptionally good while the other is exceptionally bad, CNS will reverse it for the next game until he feels comfortable settling the matter.
