They gave up 300 yards rushing last week and 200 yards passing.  But... remember that about half of their starters are suspended until Bama.

I picked Texas, then felt pretty good about it after the Oregon game today.  They beat Virginia by about 3000 points, and Virginia beat BYU last week.  So I guess Oregon would beat Texas by about a million.  :dunno:

Found the game. It blows my mind that I'm watching the TV in my mom's spare bedroom in Alabama on my iPad at a Starbucks in Malaysia.

I was going to bed but it's still tied going into the fourth quarter. 

This could be a classic meltdown week, with Notre Dame, Florida, Texas, South Carolina, and maybe USC losing.

Ole Miss is going to demolish Texas next week.  Texas fans will be grateful that it is only showing on the LongHorn Network.

I think ESPN is foolish for investing so much in a one-team network, and then for continuing to feed that dead horse.  (And by "feed" I mean take an interesting game and hope it generates interest in that dead/dying network, when the game could generate advertising revenue on one of ESPN's flagship networks).

Texas might take a look at him, but you're probably right, they're more forgiving about these kind of things in California. 

If he goes to USC, he won't move back south.  That's a bigger program than would take a chance on him in the SEC.
