Title: The Next in Line at Alabama
Post by: ALTideUp on May 29, 2012, 11:53:26 AM
Early evaluation of EL's drat prospects, strengths, weaknesses (http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/The-next-in-line-at-Alabama.html)

PS What does a guy have to do to get some profile pic love? Do y'all have any idea how long it took to photoshop our all those eggs and replace them with trophies?

I thought that was a pic from the Bryant Museum.  :D

Good analysis.  Maybe not quite as good as Ingram or Richardson, but still an NFL caliber back, and might even go in the first round.  Has something to prove this year.

EL's slashing, spin move style is harder for tacklers to "zero" in on than MFBATR and HTWMI. Different styles in running but where his predecessors had to hammer away for 10-15 runs until the "D" started getting beaten up, Lacy can open up out of the gate.  This will get even more fun as the rotating of Hart and Fowler into the mix further throws defenses off balance. I've never seen a guy pay such a heavy price as Lacy has, for a couple of helmet on ball fumbles.

I've seen it happen in the NFL.  So hopefully EL has been cured.

I think EL is in for a big year. I also expect to see TJ Yeldon get a lot of carries.

It is a great pic.  I almost commented on it earlier today, but I wasn't sure how long it had been there.
