Alabama is headed back to the NCAA Super Regionals for an eighth consecutive year after scoring a 6-0 victory over South Alabama on Sunday.

The Crimson Tide (53-7) will host Michigan, which downed Louisville on the Cardinals' home field Sunday, for a best-of-three series next weekend at Rhoads Stadium. Game times have yet to be determined.

SEC Pitcher of the Year Jackie Traina went the distance for a second consecutive game against the Jaguars. She allowed just two hits, walked one and struck out 10 in her seventh complete-game shutout of the season.

It'll be a reality check before we crush them in football.
