Title: A-Day game time
Post by: N.AL-Tider on April 12, 2012, 09:35:33 AM
Acording to the count-down timer on this board the game is supposed to be at 10:00 a.m.  However, according to this article on rolltide.com the game is at 2:00 p.m. (http://www.rolltide.com/sports/m-footbl/spec-rel/2012-spring-central.html)  So what's the deal? I know the game has been at 2:00 p.m. for several years.  TIA! :dunno:

The game time is at 2:00.  When I started the counter, I wasn't sure what the game time was so I just matched it up to the count down timer they have on rolltide.com.  Now mine is different than theirs by an hour.  My guess is they did not factor in moving the clocks forward a few weeks ago.

I will update mine to countdown to 2:00 now that I know the correct time.

I've got CSS but it is also my 40th Class Reunion. I am going to have to swing this thing so I don't make my classmates upset nor miss the game. RTR!

Just go to the game.  Your classmates will think that you had passed away in all likelyhood.  Then...when you run into them down the road they will be so happy to see that you hadn't died that they won't care that you weren't at the reunion... 8)

I've looked for it but haven't found it.

It looks like I will be visiting my mother-in-law, who has cable, and a pool for the kids.  (The wife is working this morning, and again tonight, so driving to the game is a problem).

Pagan and Dial have been strong, Wilson Love and Hubbard.
Vogler a couple of catches, Black a big catch (TD catch from Simms), Michael Williams stretched out for another. Danny Woodson with a catch and fumble.

Yeldon was MVP.

I stick with my prediction that he will be the next great RB at Bama.

Cheer up, buddy. Did you see the crowd that was at UNC's spring game? There are more people who show up at little cbbama's tee ball games.

Very enjoyable day at the ballpark(s)

Sat with NALT and three if his kids at the A-Day game.

We all went over to Rhoads stadium and joined Jamos for the softball game.

Cassie Reilly-Boccia hit a a walkoff Homerun to win the Ballgame.

Don't forget to vote for her.

She is the real deal.

Defensively, C.J. Mosley led both teams with 10 tackles and a safety, while Adrian Hubbard finished with seven tackles and three sacks. Sunseri, Robert Lester and HaHa Clinton-Dix each had one interception.

McCarron completed 29-of-42 passes for 304 yards and two touchdowns with three interceptions. Sims went 9-of-12 passing, with 135 yards and two touchdowns. Each quarterback was sacked three times.

Thanks. Sounds like a pretty productive day for all. I was a little concerned about AJ's 3 int's, but I doubt he'll see a defense that good during the season.

:huge eye roll: These things have to be taken with a grain of salt in the spring game. Coaches doing more than just evaluating QBs. HTH

AJ's first interception was clearly his fault, a bad pass thrown into tight double coverage.  I was surprised to see him throw it -- that kind of pass would have gotten him a spanking a few years ago.
