He may be on the list, but IMHO there is no way CAG goes to the viles.  Duke or Kentucky, maybe, but the viles?  No way.

I agree, Coach.  Nothing about that move makes sense.  At this point with the NCAA breathing down UT's neck, it isn't even a lateral move.

I agree with both Coach and Doc.  Who would want to  go to Tenn now with the looming NCAA investigation and who knows what other indiscretions Bruce left behind.

I was really just practicing to see if I could acutually post a link. :D

Grant is from Miami so I don't see him going further north than the Mason-Dixon Line. I could see him leave for Florida (where he coached 10 years) and maybe Kentucky. Of course, does he want the pressures, expectations, and demands of the UK fans?

I wouldn't think a change would be wise,-- at least until he has accomplished what he has promised at Alabama. But he has evidently impressed people other than us, with the improvements he has made so far in Tuscaloosa.

We tried to get him  a few years ago Lee . Didn't want to leave VCU(?) and come to Carolina. If he has a good base(must have) and can recruit at Alabama(certainly) not unless it's
a MAJOR job.

You can spell Major without ut. 8)

He will likely visit UT, maybe even get an offer, but I think he'll stay at Alabama for now.

Oh, and Alabama will have to match the offer (duh). :o

CAG has a lot to look forward to next season with the team he has returning and the incoming recruits, he's not going anywhere.

Coach Grant is going to be on a lot of people's short list.  We'll just have to get used to hearing about it every time there's an opening like we do with CNS and NFL openings.

It's not a bad problem to have, actually.
