Title: Bama Baseball loses to Tulane
Post by: Leewillie on March 04, 2012, 03:51:58 PM
Today's loss to Tulane gives the series to the Green Wave.

Bama's starting pitcher Justin Kamplain, a freshman, pitches 5 innings of 2 hit scoreless ball and left the game with a 2-0 lead.

Bama's first reliever pitched the 6th inning and promptly gave up 2 run.

Bama's second reliever pitched the 7th and gave up a grand slam home run.

Tulane added another run in the 8th to take a 7-2 win.

This sounds vaguely familiar, it happened  with great regularity last year.  The bull pen's got to do better than this or it's gona be a long season for Tide baseball.
