I think you meant DC instead of OC.  This guy used to be at Georgia.  I think I'm gonna be happy if he's with the boogs now, because I can't remember the last time Georgia had a very good defense.

Big upgrade over Ted Roof. UGA defenses under Van Gorder were pretty good and Richt had his best teams. After Van Gorder left for the Falcons, Willie Martinez became DC and the UGA slide began.

It should be DC instead of OC. I went in and changed the title.

I don't know anything about him.  :dunno: Is it a good hire?

Right now, I'm not impressed. He's a step above Roof (even Finebaum would have been better as DC) but, he's going to have to prove it on the field to me, and right now, I just don't see it.
