Title: Nick Saban to Texas? Oh, wait… Post by: Coach Hank Crisp on December 27, 2011, 12:40:46 PM http://www.ibleedcrimsonred.com/2011/12/nick-saban-to-texas-oh-wait.html
Quote Dodds is extending Brown’s contract. “I’m just tired of all the conversations (rumors about Brown’s retirement),” Dodds told the American-Statesman. “Continuity is of the essence. It’s more about stability than anything else. “Mack’s comfortable with what he’s doing right now,” Dodds added. “I think he’s very comfortable. He’s enjoying it. I’ve been around him 14 years, and he seems to be into it. “Everything I know points to him being happy and wanting to do it for a while.” Title: Re: Nick Saban to Texas? He'd have to convert to "Little Kim's" (aka, Choco-Pie). Title: Re: Nick Saban to Texas? Oh, wait… Post by: hscoach on December 28, 2011, 02:55:11 PM I hope they keep Mac. They keep underachieving with the talent he has just from Texas alone.
Title: Re: Nick Saban to Texas? Oh, wait… Post by: BAMAWV on December 28, 2011, 03:13:07 PM ESPN's Outside the Lines hinting around that the PSU coach will come from the BCS NCG.
BTW, I'm all for keeping the Horns down. I have to deal with those guys every morning and hope Mack Brown lives to 100. Title: Re: Nick Saban to Texas? I have to deal with those guys every morning and hope Mack Brown lives to 100. I support Mack Brown. If only McCoy hadn't got hurt, Mack would have 2 BCS NC Titles now. I wouldn't think those clowns on "Outside the Lines" would know about who Penn State will hire. More of a question is who will take that job. It appears that no big name coach is interested in having to answer questions about all that is going on and surrounding PSU. Title: Re: Nick Saban to Texas? Oh, wait… Post by: Chechem on December 28, 2011, 03:38:13 PM There are plenty of candidates out there who would be good enough and smart enough for the Penn State job.
