Title: Daily Scripture 12/23/11 Appreciation
Post by: ricky023 on December 23, 2011, 04:54:12 AM
"Mark 9:41 For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in My name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward."

Do you ever look at other Christians and say, "I wish I was like him. He prays with such finesse." Or, "I wish I could sing as pretty as her." Or, "I wish I was bold like him, he talks about Jesus so freely with people."
My friend, you may not have much in this world, but I want you to know that God sees your heart. He knows your desires. And He sees every little thing you do--however trivial you think it is.
You may not be able to give as much as somebody else can. You may not have the gifts and talents of someone else. But God doesn't want your gifts! He doesn't need your gifts! He wants your love.

Father teach us to be proud of our small things no matter how small. We love you, and Praise you. Keep us safe this Christmas season. Let your Blessings pour out upon our families. May your Grace abound. In Jesus name I pray. AMEN
