Title: BCS has a lot to lose on the Bama/Auburn game today Post by: Jamos on November 26, 2011, 06:34:05 AM As much as some of the college football nation would like for Bama to lose today, I think the BCS wants them to win in a big way. There is no other matchup possible that would create the "on the field rivalry" than a LSU/Bama rematch.
With the game being played in New Orleans, this is the key to all of this game being so big. It's in both teams backyard plus their ongoing annual war with each other, the rewards will be many for the BCS. Now if this possible rematch was going to played out west somewhere, I don't think it would do that great but the New Orleans setting is the key. Do you think New Orleans has their fingers crossed for this to happen? Roll Tide!!! But first I'm going to enjoy this Aub beatdown. Those SOBs will cut down their own trees after this. They'd better put security around Gus Malzahnn. He's the only life still there.
